Sokol Rally
A Tradition of Sporting Spirit in Novi Sad
The Sokol Rally event once again gathers gymnastics enthusiasts in Novi Sad. With a successful tradition dating back to 1992, this event celebrates foundational sports and a healthy lifestyle. The event is organised by the “Vojvodina” Sokol Society and the “Sokolski Dom” Sokol Cultural Centre, with the support of the Sokol Association of Serbia and the Gymnastics Association of Serbia. Following the large-scale rallies held in the city’s main square in 2019 and 2024, this year’s programme features a fresh display of athletic prowess and physical culture.
Sokol Rally as a Celebration of Togetherness
Within the framework of the recognised “Gymnastics for All” movement, the Sokol Rally will host numerous participants from the parent society, as well as various other Sokol associations and gymnastics clubs across the country. The programme includes carefully coordinated group exercises, synchronised performances, and exciting mini-trampoline displays, all aimed at promoting health, togetherness, and the harmony of body and mind. As the largest and most decorated gymnastics society in the country, boasting over 250 medals annually, the “Vojvodina” Sokol Society continues to preserve the historic spirit of the Serbian Sokol movement.
