Novi Sad Marathon
The Novi Sad Marathon is a traditional sporting event of special significance for the City of Novi Sad, bringing together a large number of participants from Serbia and abroad every October. This loop race starts and finishes in the very heart of the city at Trg Slobode (Liberty Square), taking runners through urban neighbourhoods and along the banks of the Danube. As an event included in the official calendars of the Athletics Federation of Serbia and AIMS, the Novi Sad Marathon seamlessly combines professional sport and recreation.
Disciplines and Event Programme
Alongside the main 42.195-kilometre race and the relay marathon, the programme includes 25 km, 10 km, and 5 km races, as well as Nordic walking. Traditional children’s fun runs for all age groups are also organised within the pedestrian zone. Race pack collection takes place at Hotel Vojvodina.
