Belo Brdo Winery

Belo Brdo Winery (Vinarija Belo Brdo) is a family business started by Aleksandar Zeremski. Wine production starts in the vineyard, on the dry, windy slope of Fruška Gora, with careful cultivation of the following grapevine assortment[1]: Chardonnay, Sauvignon White, Rhine Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Marseille, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Quality grapes yield is transformed into four wine lines through a controlled production process, each marked with one of the labels: white (wine aged in stainless steel tanks), red (wine aged in oak barrels), fun & clubbing (wines for young people) and premium (limited series of wines). The wines of this house are a reflection of the terroir and the skill of the winemaker not to disturb the natural perfection of the selected grape varieties in order to obtain quality and recognizable wines.

The winery has been awarded three times as the best in Serbia (2013, 2014 and 2016), and the wines of this house have been crowned with domestic and international awards (The International Wine Challenge – AWC Vienna Awards 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 , 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020; World Wine Awards – Decanter London, 2012).

At the Grand Wine Evaluation of Serbia in 2021, the wines of Belo Brdo Winery received a handful of awards: in the category “Red still wines from international non-aromatic varieties” (gold for Belo Brdo Marselan 2018, Belo Brdo Petit Verdot 2018 and Belo Brdo Cabernet Franc 2017; silver for Belo Brdo Decada 2018 and Belo Brdo Cabernet Franc limited edition 2018); in the category “White still wines from international non-aromatic varieties” (silver for Belo Brdo Chardonnay black label 2017); in the category “Rose still wines” (bronze for Belo Brdo Rose 2020).

With a prior notice, the visitors are offered the following wine tastings: Small-size tasting Belo Brdo (Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir); Medium-size tasting Belo Brdo (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Pinot Noir and Alma Mons); Big-size tasting Belo Brdo (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Rose, Pinot Noir, Merlot Barrique, and Alma Mons Red) and Premium tasting Belo Brdo (Chardonnay Barrique, Riesling Reserve, Pinot Noir Reserve, Merlot Barrique, Alma Mons Red, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon).
