The Tourism Organization of the City of Novi Sad hosted colleagues and associates from the Tourist Organization of the City of Banja Luka, who presented the tourist offer of that city in the conference hall of TONS.
On that occasion, Branislav Knežević, director of the Tourism Organization of the City of Novi Sad, and Dragana Vukliš, director of the Tourism Organization of the City of Banja Luka, addressed the attendees. The topic of the meeting was the promotion of the tourism offer of the city on Vrbas with a focus on strengthening the cooperation between the two tourist organizations, as well as on connecting agencies from Novi Sad and Banja Luka.
In June 2023, the Tourism Organization of the City of Novi Sad launched an initiative to form a Network of Tourist Cities, including Banja Luka, from which a large number of tourists come to Novi Sad every year. Also, the citizens of Novi Sad are very interested in traveling to Banja Luka, and the association aims to continue the trend of increasing mutual tourist traffic in the future.
The visit of colleagues from the Tourism Organization of the City of Banja Luka was preceded by a visit of colleagues from Tuzla, as well as the recent promotion of the tourist offer of Novi Sad in Tuzla, and all these activities confirm the importance of cooperation within the Network of Tourist Cities.
