- Provision of space and assistance in organising press conference in the Tourism Organisation of the City of Novi Sad office with technical support and provision of equipment (projector & projection screen, microphone) and sending the invitation to the media to attend the press conference
- Providing video material about the City of Novi Sad, as well as professional photos of the city
