Organisation of the City of Novi Sad provides support to the organisers of conferences, congresses, fairs of national, regional and international importance in the following form:

Promotional material about the city for all event participants
Promotion on the website, profiles on social media networks, informing the media through an official press release
Promotion through local TV channels
Provision of space and assistance in organising press conference in the Tourism Organisation of the City of Novi Sad office with technical support and provision of equipment (projector & projection screen, microphone) and sending the invitation to the media to attend the press conference
Providing video material about the City of Novi Sad, as well as professional photos of the city
Consultative assistance in the preparation of the entire event organisation by TONS.
