The City was crowned with the European Youth Capital title in 2019, but OPENS2019 initiative organises a number of various programmes that foster creativity, promote European values and develop inclusive youth policy in the glory of young people’s energy from 2017 to 2020. Therefore, their motto reads: “Novi Sad Opens the Doors”
