Novi Sad Flower Market (September 2)
The Novi Sad Flower Market is a well-known autumn event that regularly brings together lovers of horticulture and nature on the plateau in front of SPENS. Organised by Pokret gorana Novog Sada, this two-day event is a traditional gathering place that brings vibrant colours and energy to everyday city life, offering visitors inspiration for decorating their living spaces.
Rich Selection and Environmental Awareness
Visitors can explore a wide range of high-quality seasonal plants, seedlings, and gardening equipment. Beyond flowers, the exhibition sections feature handmade goods, natural cosmetics, bee products, and traditional handicrafts, carefully prepared by producers from across Serbia.
The event holds special social value through the eco-campaign “Exchange Paper for a Plant”, conducted by the Association of Environmental Protection Engineers. By bringing waste paper for recycling, citizens receive flower seedlings or thujas as a gift, directly encouraging environmental care.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Novi Sad Flower Market will be postponed to the following weekend.
