Summer Jazz Academy
The Novi Sad – Dortmund Summer Jazz Academy is a premier cultural event, traditionally organised as part of the highly successful cooperation between these twin cities. This year, jointly organised by the Cultural Centre of Novi Sad and the Isidor Bajić Music School, the academy will once again bring together talented musicians from Serbia and Germany.
Masterclasses & Auditions
The programme is open to artists of all generations, with a dedicated focus on young musicians looking to hone their jazz performance skills. The complimentary workshops will be led by eminent professors, and the official audition for prospective participants will take place on Saturday, 18 July 2026, at 18:00.
Final Concert & Project Significance
Continuous cultural exchange establishes the Novi Sad – Dortmund Summer Jazz Academy as a benchmark platform for sharing knowledge and launching new musical collaborations. The crowning highlight of this year’s programme will be the final gala concert, scheduled for Saturday, 25 July at 20:00. Over the course of the evening, the audience will have the opportunity to enjoy the inspiring results of the joint efforts between the participants and their mentors.
