The Novi Sad Children’s Cultural Centre (NDKC) is the youngest—and one of the most dynamic—cultural institutions founded by the City of Novi Sad. Created with the mission of promoting and nurturing culture among the city’s youngest residents and visitors, NDKC has quickly become an essential destination for families on Novi Sad’s cultural map. Its headquarters are located within the Mlin Children’s Cultural Station, in a prime location on Radnička Street, expanding the Centre’s activities across the city’s cultural stations network.
NDKC is dedicated to organizing and delivering free cultural and educational programs for children and young people, as well as for educators, teachers, and parents. Through a wide range of educational and entertaining activities, the Centre inspires creativity, encourages critical thinking, and fosters a lifelong love of the arts from an early age.

The Centre also hosts literary gatherings and book promotions, nurturing a love of reading. A highlight of its program is Raspustilište, a beloved series of free workshops and events held during school holidays, ensuring children spend their free time in a meaningful and engaging way.
NDKC frequently organizes art and literary competitions, giving children the opportunity to showcase their talents and earn recognition. The annual schedule is further enriched with major events such as Children’s Week and the Little Shells International Music Festival, making the Centre a lively and inspiring place all year round.
The NDKC collaborates closely with kindergartens, schools, museums, and other cultural institutions, making it a key contributor to the cultural growth and enrichment of Novi Sad’s youngest citizens.
