After the initiative to form the Network of Cities, which TONS launched in June last year, today in the conference room of the Tourism Organization of the City of Novi Sad, Tuzla, one of the cities from the Network, presented its tourist offer. The emphasis of the presentation was on the Pannonian Lakes, the only salt lakes in Europe and a unique European tourist attraction.
After that, Branislav Knežević, director of TONS and Amra Jaganjac, director of the Tuzla Tourist Board, signed a protocol on cooperation between Novi Sad and Tuzla.
Tourists from Bosnia and Herzegovina are the first in the number of arrivals and the second in the number of overnight stays in Novi Sad, and fellow citizens are also very interested in traveling to a neighboring country. In order for the increase in tourist traffic to continue in the future, TONS will present the tourist offer of Novi Sad and its surroundings in Tuzla in June.
