Palazzo Bianco is a restaurant offering authentic cuisine from the south of Italy. It is located in Cara Dušana Street no. 19 to 21 (two buildings). The menu offered includes truly large selection of pizzas authentic because of the fact that they baked on large crumbles of sea salt applied over a thick chamotte, for a short time, at higher temperatures than anywhere else. In the garden of the restaurant they grow 50 varieties of spice, aromatic and medicinal herbs used in preparation of dishes. They are particularly proud of preparation of dough made of a mixture of 6 different regional kinds of flour.
