HF Čarda Jedro is located on the Sunčani kej, in Novi Sad, tucked away in the quiet Dunavac.
The specialty of the house is boned fish stew in the Hungarian way (pasta and stew as well as soup fish are served separately). Guests can enjoy grilled river fish, beans, barbecue, and tripe.
In the čarda itself, which is pet-friendly, there are 60 seats with a separate non-smoking area, and the same number of seats in the garden.
The pleasant ambience and delicious food are complemented by the wines of the MK Kosović Family Winery from Sremski Karlovci.
Weekends require booking, especially during spring and fall.
