International “kulen” festival in Kisač

The festival dedicated to the famous Kisač specialty – “kulen”, is primarily competitive in character. The competition is organized in two categories: evaluation of dry fermented “kulen” and the competition in making and frying sausages. Visitors have the opportunity to taste and buy meat delicacies, as well as a variety of sweet and savory homemade products. The festival is complemented by a music program.
