Caravan – Gastro Migrations

Through the programme called Gastro Migrations, we will visit different European regions in the hopes that food will provide an occasion to ponder upon otherness and differences. By listening to music from different regions performed by European artists, and by fusing taste and sound, the Migrations programme arch will symbolically come to an end. The project includes four days of culinary and musical programmes at the cultural stations of Novi Sad and Zone 021. Each day is dedicated to a programme unit from Europe’s northern, western, southern, and eastern regions. Due to the pandemic, public and joint cooking will not be organized, but visitors will without a doubt, have the opportunity to enjoy international specialities. A programme featuring mostly world music performances is planned.
