From January 29 to February 1, Slovenians are able to get acquainted with the tourist offer of Novi Sad and its surroundings. At the 31st International Tourism Fair “Alpe-Adria – International Fair for Green Active Tourism, Camping and Caravanning” the Tourist Organization of the City of Novi Sad exhibits with other tourist organizations. At the booth of the Tourist Organization of Vojvodina, visitors to the fair are: Tourist Organization of the City of Novi Sad, Deliblatska Peščara Cluster, Tourist Organization of Šid, Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina, Tourist Organization of Sombor, Tourist Organization of Subotica, Tourist Organization of Stara Pazova Municipality, Tourist Organization of Irig Municipality, Distillery “Kalpak”, Tourist Organization of Žabalj Municipality, Tourist Organization of Bačka Palanka Municipality, Tourist Organization of Vršac, Tourist Organization of Vojvodina, Mirko Veselinović Winery, Pastai Pasta, Novi Sad Fair, Government of AP Vojvodina.
Visitors to the fair are mainly interested in active holidays, outdoor activities, hiking, biking, camping. In addition, when it comes to Novi Sad, they showed great interest in touring the monasteries, visiting farmsteads and chardas, as well as the cultural offer of the city. Of particular interest to the younger population was the fact that the Exit Festival celebrates its 20th birthday this year
In addition to Exit 2.0, special emphasis was placed on the title that Novi Sad will take next year as the European Capital of Culture. The Novi Sad tourist offer was presented through printed material in Slovenian, Serbian and English in direct contact with the audience.
The day before the fair, Vojvodina evening was held. About 100 representatives of the media, travel agencies and specialized associations from Slovenia gathered in the Parish Home of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Ljubljana. In a relaxed atmosphere with specialties and wines from Vojvodina, business meetings were held between them and tourist organizations from the Province.
