Novi Sad is known for its excellent nightlife and entertainment, which is organized seven days a week and offers entertainment for everyone’s taste. There are cafes, clubs, pubs, discos, gardens and terraces where you can hear tamburica players from Vojvodina, local rock and pop bands, DJs, as well as punk and metal music, for fans of harder sound.
For a start, you can visit one of the Novi Sad cafes or one of the pubs. A popular microbrewery that serves its craft beer is “Brauhaus”, where parties are also held. You can get an unusual service in “PUBeraj”, a pub that is also a barber shop, so you can wait for your haircut with a beer. The “Gusan” and “Irish pub” pubs have a long tradition of serving top-quality beers, and you can also try excellent food there. Enjoying quality music and good beer is also provided by “Gradska pivnica”. The next stop should definitely be Laze Telečkog Street, Novi Sad’s party street…
You can also find a good time at the Petrovaradin Fortress, where the city crew, people who know what a good time and quality music means, gathers in clubs. Among types of music you can listen to RnB, House, Deep and Pop. Nice ambience, energy, good music and top atmosphere are just a part of incredible fun and entertainment that the clubs provide to their guests.
You can enjoy tamburica music in the city centre in “Lazin Salaš”, “Konoba Orkus”, “Sokače”, “Plava Frajla”, at chardas along the Danube bank, “salaš” farmsteads, as well as at the Petrovaradin Fortress. For fans of punk, rock and metal sound, there are live concerts in the Creative District near Limanski Park. Ribarsko ostrvo (Fisherman’s Island) is certainly another unavoidable place for good fun at the “Cristal”, “Jolly Roger”, “Two Seagulls” rafts, as well as in the “Discont Bar”, where parties last until the morning.
