The concerts are held on 14, 16, 19 and 21 August.
The event called Novi Sad Music Summer is comprised of a number of concerts that are held during the summer. As it is the matter of summer concerts the efforts directed to designing a quality programme is fulfilled with the desire to make the programmes of somewhat “more popular character”. Thus, this cycle includes also the performances of artists who cherish quality music, the one that is not closely connected with classical music. In favour of hot summer months are the outdoor sites, which is anyway the tradition of summer festivals that are held in many cities outside our country. Some of these sites where the concerts within the Novi Sad Music Summer used to be organised and are still organised include Štrand, saletta in Dunavski (Danube) Park, atrium of the Museum of Vojvodina, atrium of St. George’s Church and since 2008 the Garden of the secondary school campus in Nikolajevska Street.
