The Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection and Matica Srpska Gallery and since 2018 together with Rajko Mamuzić Memorial Collection organise the event called Summer in the Gallery Garden the concept of which is based on the intention to show to the audience during the summer months diverse educational culture related contents in addition to the main museum activities. Along with travelogue stories, music, dancing and the opportunity to meet together in a joint garden the visitors will be offered attractive topics aimed at emphasising the significance of the world cultural heritage and its preservation every Thursday during July and August, from 09.00 to 11.00 p.m. Thanks to an interesting and diverse programme the visitors will be able to learn about the works of the Serbian national art, as well as the cultures of different countries. The programme is being extended with new contents in co-operation with the embassies and cultural centres and many friends-associates. The event was conceptualised with the ambition to become a recognisable programme in creating of cultural offer of the city, the European Capital of Culture 2021, which it has managed to achieve with a notable success. Entrance is free.
