International video festival “Videomedeja”

The Festival consists of a competition programme and various accompanying programmes that, depending on the current production and concept, happen at different sites in Novi Sad. Within the framework of the programme, the Festival focuses on art projects that combine image and sound, advanced communication, objects, in a symbiotic or avant-garde style – from video works, documentary and short film formats, digital animations, media installations and interventions in space to interactive and robotised objects, URL projects, opensource applications, live audio-visual performances, electronic music, and advanced technologies in art practice. The accompanying programmes are realised in the form of projections, installations, VJ and music-visual performances, performances, presentations, tribunes and TV shows broadcast on local and national TV stations.
