The cycle of “Christmas-New Year’s Eve concerts” comprises programmes that mark the holidays from Christmas celebrated according to the Gregorian calendar, New Year (“Gala New Year’s Programme”), and Christmas and New Year according to the Julian calendar. As of special form of its activities the Musical Youth of Novi Sad has been organising such programmes since 1999 trying primarily to make the holiday period more beautiful to its fellow-citizens and to enrich the artistic offer of the city. Concerts are held: 13, 15, 16, 17, 23, 28 and 30 December.
